ConceptFox is a small Canadian web studio. We design, write, build, and host custom websites for small businesses — the same small team owning the whole job, end to end.
What makes that work is experience across three disciplines that usually live in separate companies: engineering, security, and process automation. ConceptFox is run by a cybersecurity professional. Every site we ship is locked down the way a site in a regulated industry would be — proper defenses at every layer, configured correctly the first time.
Specifically: GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA) through SANS, a background in enterprise vulnerability management, and hands-on experience investigating compromised websites in the Montreal area. The instincts that go into figuring out what attackers did to a site go into building sites that don't get compromised in the first place.
Practically, that also means Canadian hosting on Canadian infrastructure, Loi 25 (Quebec) and AODA (Ontario) practices built into the default build, granular consent (not a single “OK” banner), and IP addresses hashed before they ever touch a log.
We're deliberately small.
ConceptFox is a focused studio, not a growing agency. We take a few projects at a time, on purpose. The person you email is the person designing your site and writing your copy.
